This little golden nugget of love is bold and zesty and Oh So Good!! Tart lemon cake topped with a cream cheese frosting and some fresh grated lemon peel makes this sugary, sweet and tangy all in the same bite!! YUMMM!
...and why not make a nice little lemon cake loaf with the leftover batter!!?? I made a lemon glaze for the top that was seriously good enough to bathe in! OOhhh....this makes me happy!
